I know my word alone pry won't satisfy you, but rpg maker games are deployed in the .exe format by default. There should be no viruses either at all, and I had a friend test the game on his computer to make sure everything worked. So I'm not sure why it's showing that at all.
One commenter specifically recommends pointing people to use virustotal as a way to determine if any malware is actually present, so I ran my own program through it and only 7 of 66 anti virus softwares flagged any issues with none of them agreeing on what the issue is. This likely suggests it is indeed a false positive result. You can see the results yourself here or run the program through it on your own and come to your own conclusion.
Don't know if it means much but I can vouch for him, I've been following him developing the game since the beginning and can at least confirm that it's an actual game and not a virus.

I wouldn't trust this file. It's in .exe format and running it through virus total shows that it contains 7 viruses.

I googled around and it appears that false positives with rpg maker are common, you can see a forum post here where it's mentioned. https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/proving-your-game-isnt-malware-...
