Summary
After a violent encounter with a wolf, Red awakens in the unfamiliar woods of Wonderland. Cursed to lose her life at sunrise, unless she can deliver a basket to a woman known only as "Grandma." Whether she lives or dies, is entirely up to you. I'm looking forward to seeing what path you send her down.

Hey. I'm gonna repeat what's probably a really familiar and overdone request, but it's to add in a save function, or at least make it optional.
Especialy while it's in development, having to lose progress to certain scenes and checkpoints due to non-compatible saves between versions is punishing enough. My latest save loaded near the first fountain, and my character just walked into the bench forever, probably because a new variable saw it was "the first time I was there" and tried to do the intro movement ;(
There are many ways around the non-saving aspect. It's just cumbersome to do.
Hello there! There is also a bug when mining. After you get the pickaxe from the guy and youn start mining for the first time, It loads the Chapter name and not the mining CG. The picture never shows up. After mining 2 rocks, the game reports an error of the image not loading and then the game doesn't respond even thpugh I click Retry.

Hey Danny, I found a glitch where I can't level up or exit. I was heading the the thief's cabin, decided to level up and then this happened.
Also I have to say, I can not move the circle and can not get out. I've tried many times to load the previous save but the error keeps happening

Hmmmmm. Could you give me any more details? Was this the statue at the rest spot or the second one found by the sick man? It's definitely strange for the skill locks to not show up properly. I checked the games master file and it worked fine for me there so maybe something's off with the demo. I'll download the demo and see if I can recreate this for myself but if you can think of any other information that might be relevant leave me a message!

Hey! Really love this game, love the new updates. Just wondering if you ever plan on adding a feature where you can wear panties? Like actual underwear. Again keep up the great work!
Glad you're enjoying it! As for your question, earlier builds (Pre 1.0) DID include proper equipable underwear beyond what is currently in the game. You'll also find proper panties in chapter 2 if you check the status screen. But this has not returned simply because I'm prioritizing making more brand new content rather than having to do all the variant arts that came with underwear (alt versions of certain sprites, battle cgs, event cgs etc.). Eventually it will likely return but that will probably be off near the very end of the dev cycle.
played the current content a couple weeks ago but wanted to post that this is an amazing project and one of the most engaging h games I have played in a while keep up the great work.

The game looks pretty interesting. The clear inspirations from Alice in Wonderland and Little Red Riding Hood, among other fairy tales and eldritch elements, are a joy. The MC is beautiful, the art is amazing, and the story is engaging. I can see that the creator has a strong vision for the game.
One aspect that’s good but could be improved is the “choose your path” element. The MC can choose to be more violent, lustful, or neutral/good, and she interacts with the world and people around her (like corruption), differently based on those choices. Alternatively, she can choose to act a certain way in specific scenarios.
I’m not sure if combat sex will be added, but combat animations—like swinging a weapon, shooting, or casting—would definitely be a plus. They’d add more flair to the flow of combat.
Speaking of combat, the game has that Fear and Hunger vibe, especially with the tarot cards (though I feel like most of the cards always seem to be reversed).
Overall, a great experience! I’m looking forward to seeing more in the future. Just a quick review and some shower thoughts about the game—love your work!

1. Unfortunately I don't think the demo will ever REALLY sell the choice/consequence system since the demo effectively ends after the Bloody route is first introduced as a concept. But I'm confident that the full game will satisfy players when it comes to unique interactions, variant events and alternate endings that their choices can enable and influence.
2. As much as I'd love to have more proper animations of any kind, I don't think I have the skill to pull that off at a quality that I would be satisfied with. But never say never!
3. Yes I do love me some Funger haha. Though fun fact I didn't even know it existed until after I had completed the games original alpha build. It was definitely a big part of me actually deciding to revamp the game and completely redo all of the art and sprite work so I'll forever be grateful to that franchise for saving my little game. It quite literally changed my life.
how do you get the slime scene
It depends which scene in specific you're looking for, but I believe the only Slime related scenes at current are for losing a battle against the Cute Slime or Slime King. I don't believe the Evolved Slimes or Rocky Slimes have any unique loss event in the current build.

Took a look at the files and it looks like there was a priority issue with how the event was set up so that the SFW version would always overwrite the NSFW version. Surprised that hasn't be reported sooner but I'll have it fixed for this months update. Thanks for the find!
I don't know why, but the game uses only a small part of the computer's resources (up to 15% of the CPU and up to 10% of the video card), and the game itself runs at 12 fps. There is no such problem in the menu and everything is at 60 fps.
And another thing I noticed is that if the game window is not selected, the use of computer resources increases, especially the video card (jumps from 0 to 42%).
Huh, that's definitely strange. Unfortunately I can't come up with any reason why that should be happening. Nor have I seen anyone else report a similar issue from what I can recall so I don't even know what to suggest.
Ok, maybe my pc is too weak. I had experience playing with lower FPS, so I'll be able to play anyway. It's just unexpected that the game on RPG Maker can slow down.
Yeah I wouldn't expect it to run so sluggishly on account of being RPG Maker. Do let me know if anything changes though. If it's just certain maps or areas maybe I can pinpoint what the core issue is.
As I understand it, you were inspired by Undertale and Oneshot (in battles you can interact with monsters to end the fight without killing them, and the player also acts as a voice guiding Red). I also noticed that in the leveling menu, when moving between items vertically, the cursor moves quickly and moves while the up or down keys are held down, which makes it difficult to get to the desired one. skill. When moving horizontally, everything is fine.
Yeah the menu issues are on my list of things to fix for the upcoming update. Appreciate the report though.
Undertale was definitely an influence for me but I wouldn't say that shows up in the battle system too much. You CAN interact with enemies but you'll be disappointed if you're expecting to be able to non violently end most encounters lol. That just isn't really a mechanic here.
Oneshot however I'm only really vaguely aware of so I can't say I really know much about it.
Hey just thought I'd report a bug, although I'm not too sure on how to replicate it, on occasion when I buy stuff at a store or acquire a piece of armor from the skill tree it doesn't get added to my inventory meaning I have to buy it again or in the case of armor I can't get it at all.

Will there be a completely naked skin? Will there be an animation of sex after defeat?
The only version of a naked skin is when your armor gets destroyed. And no, I'm not a competent animator of any kind so I wouldn't expect any sorts of animations at any point lol.
Why only when the armor gets destroyed?
I mean you CAN take Red's clothes off. She'll simply refuse to let you progress the game until she's wearing clothes. That's just the way I made it.
i've been experiencing something that i at least think is a bug or at least if isn't is rather hard to tell isn't a bug- sometimes randomly i believe possible triggered after a battle something that i think is auto battle happens? what i mean by that is after that point i'll get an aliment that looks like the paralysis or stun one but never goes away and forces all battles to go into a "autobattle" thing(i only call it that since it just randomly doing whatever the hell it wants and i haven't used the actual auto battle option so i don't know if it is exactly auto battle or if its something else) where i physically can't do anything no options at all. if this isn't a bug i would love for at least a hint as to how to get rid of it- only way i've been able too is reloading a previous save before i got it and as you could probable tell thats not exactly easy to do without losing a lot of progress...
also since i forgot to mention it yes i have tried using items to get rid of it but nothing i tried worked be it ointment, mixed herb, or even using a ritual candle at the goddess statue since it at least to my knowledge clears all aliments and completely recovers you.
It sounds like your bloodlust meter is too high. Any other states that take control away like that will wear off after a battle, if not within that battle. But the bloodlust ones will linger until you reduce that gauge. The easiest way is simply bathing or using cleansing water which the standard item shop at the camp sells.
Do let me know if that DOESN'T fix it though as then it's definitely a bug of some kind that I'll have to look into.

Is there a button to hide the chat box during talking or cg scenes? I've practically pushed every button on my keyboard. Are there any plans to add this?
Yeah it's unfortunately not a default feature in RPGM. It's something I intend to have included before the final release however.
Where can I play all chapters?
Nowhere unfortunately lol. I'm still developing the game. What's present in the current demo is pretty much all there is right now. Current plans are to add chapter 2 by April.
Aw, okay. I just feel a bit confused that it begins from chapter 3, so wanna know if there any versions that has chapter 1 and 2 that's it.
Yeah it's a bit of an unconventional place to start so I understand that. But since the first 2 chapters didn't really reflect the core gameplay experience and lacked voiced acting until recently, it didn't make sense to work on them for me. Now that I do have the voice acting though, they've become my top priority. So hopefully that will be rectified within a few months.

so like i saved a lot and somehow when i closed the game and went back later all of my saved files were gone... what do i do :(
edit: ok nvm found out that i have to hit 'quit' for it to save my files :P
before i accidentally maybe mention a potential spoiler, are there supposed to be any invisible containers anywhere? because i found one, and if its supposed to be visible i would like to know.
There is ONE that I can think of that is intentional yes lol. If it's at the river I placed that there for people who have trouble running the current version of the fishing mini game so that they can still access the secret boss. If it's NOT that. Then it might be a mistake.
i found two inside the abandoned house (thief questline) willing to show where whenever you need. potential bug active as of most recent itch version.
Appreciate the report! I took a look at the level and found the areas you mentioned. It looks like the crates were mistakenly erased at some point but I've added them back in. Next update will include that fix.

This might be too gooner but how do you start the 18+ stuff
Basically if you ever see a Heart Balloon icon over a person or object, that will contain some kind of lewd event. The most obvious ones are located in the Merchant Camp. Some of them are available right out of the gate, others are tied to completing side quests (like catching fish for the Fisherman NPC.). There are also several that can just occur depending on certain choices you may make. Certain glowing effects near water or beds may also indicate that you can view a scene. Hope that helps!

Hello, got another bug:
The Magic skill option only appears if Red has one of the Magic-enabling Accessories (Liquid anklet etc...) equipped, even if scrolls have already been used. I think there should be an OR statement there, to check for naturally appearing Magic skills.

i cant find the logs to repair the bridge :(
All 3 logs can be found past the Right exit of the Merchant Camp. They are each in a zone accompanied by a cutscene (Meeting the Hunter, Meeting the Sick Man and finding the strange house.). They're just lying on the floor around these spots and need to be interacted with. If you've found those then you just need the Carpenter's Tools which are in the Slime Nest. That can be found by going Up from the Rest Spot map.

Been enjoying the game so far. Did the event where you get captured by the crows in the sewers if you lose not make it to this update?
So it looks like when I fixed the prior issue of the Crows bodies being impossible to step on. I accidentally copy and pasted a version WITHOUT the loss event. And I now have to recreate that dialogue scene entirely. I'll add it back in with an upcoming patch. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Apologies for that, the latest version was already patched to fix this issue. Alternatively if you'd like to just progress in your current game there is another route forward if you go back to the zone where Red encounters the Werewolf. Just go left and up and you'll be able to find an alternate route to the Crows Den

btw, im doing a bloodlust run and its starting to be a bother being told everysingle trasition that red reeks of death, i think its enough indication of that having the bloodlust metter and not having the message
Have an issue where the screen is all black in the newest version.
I selected to skip to chapter 5 with R18 turned on.
I can still see the menu open up though. Just can't see where I am.

Nice update. I'm encountering a bug though with the Crow double battles. Sometimes, due to crits, only the Bow arms are left over after an AOE attack, but the battle doesn't end, thus locking the game.
Hmmm. I'm gonna have to play around with that since it's definitely coded to kill the bow whenever the archer dies. Thanks for the info though, I'll look into figuring this one out.
Okay I figured out what was going wrong. I'll be posting a hot fix update to solve the issue soon! That bug was way more derailing than I expected and idk how I didn't notice it! Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention!
Sorry for bad news, but I got 1 more.
In the underground base of the crows, there are random invisible blocks all over, and also the crow's corpses block passages. In the left room, which is only 1 block wide, the crow you kill stops you from walking any further left, to the ladder.
No worries! I was expecting issues since I didn't have the usual time for play testing. Appreciate the reports lots!
Also, that bug diagnosis was fast as hell. It looks like you have good coding practice. Fun game so far, keep it up!

First of all, let me just say I GREATLY appreciated all of your feedback and bug reporting. It was incredibly helpful to me since I had to skip my usual play testing period to get this out on time. Thank you so much dude!
Reading this list some of these are definitely mistakes that I'll be tweaking and some of them are definitely things that could use some quality of life tweaks like more Hunter guides to explain enemy weaknesses and what statuses mean (plus i need to finish my custom icons which will hopefully be MUCH clearer just at a glance anyways.) As a helpful tip for now, the Crows main bodies are weak to piercing attacks in particular. So guns and stabbing moves will net you extra turns.
Nice update, I don't know if it was intentional but setting a maximum level made me fear some enemies. Also, did you plan to make a guide? I don't know if I'm the only fool but I never knew where to find the stick to make a torch
The level cap is definitely intentional. Though I'm sure it'll be increased as more game gets added. As for a guide, that's probably a good idea. There's definitely some mechanics that could stand to have extra explanation and what not. Though I'll pry have to wait until I finish updating all of the games icons so that I can properly explain every status and what every symbol means.
For now I'll consider writing up something more general though.

Yeah I think we're probably like, maybe 2 to 3 versions away from that making more sense to do. Once most of the core systems are fully ironed out (for example, the skill trees and morality system are still just placeholders.) then I think community topics will make a lot more sense to enable. For now though most things other than hidden relics would become outdated very quickly.

Chapter 1 is probably going to be one of the final things I produce. I'm not sure it'll ever be included in a demo either since it's planned to be quite different to the core gameplay experience.

Are you still thinking about releasing an Android version?
I have looked into it, but it seems like it involves quite a process to package properly involving downloading a couple of external apps to convert. So I don't think it's something I'll be committing to for the current builds. Once it's in a more complete state I think it will make more sense for me to approach. But for the Windows and Mac versions is all I can properly manage.

just wonder is it a bug that Red's bust doesn't show in battle when naked, or that just not implemented yet?
It depends on what you mean actually. She SHOULD display if your armor is broken. However when thinking about it more I think there is an oversight should your clothes get stolen by the Drunkard that I didn't properly implement.
So if it's the latter I can make a fix for that easily. If it's NOT I'll need a few more details to figure out what's going wrong. So just let me know what exactly happened in that case, and I'll try to fix it.
Right now, the Drunkard stole it so for battle display not showing, before when you release the new demo, and I think you didn't have a cloth lock if you removed it, she same problem happed.
Gotcha, so yeah that's a little oversight on my bad! I'll have that fixed up for the next update. It's good timing since I was just working on the proper CG to finish off that scene as well. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

I quite liked in the previous versions that you could check all the images in the folder on their own. how come we can't do that now?
Between changes to character designs, and the finalization of the script, not to mention voice acting, a number of scenes are simply too out dated for me to want to share. But since I use them as a reference for what I still need to redraw I leave them intact as a guide. So I opted to remove the access.
A proper scene viewer will be implemented before the games final release so you'll be able to view all the final art in game. It just wont be implemented quite yet.
am i supposed to start on chapter 3?
Yes. This demo effectively covers Chapters 3 and 4 (though it doesn't display the title card for 4 in this build.)
I don't want to give away TOO much but the first 2 chapters are a bit of a genre shift to the rest of the game and don't feature much of the mechanics. I probably will not include them in the demo until much closer to the games full release. Don't want people to have too much time to figure out all the twists they set up early!

In all honesty I hadn't really considered an android version. But if there's enough interest for it, I'll look into it.
Really like the idea of the game but can't play due to "Failed to Load" after collectinng silver ore and trying to open the main menu and save the game. Game crashes at that point constantly
There must be an error with the scene trigger when collecting the silver ore. Sorry about that!
This was just a placeholder system until a more proper "mini game" style event is added in, which will hopefully be included in the next demo alongside the graphics and voice acting updates. Please look forward to that!
Is it possible to find all the logs for building a bridge in the demo version?, I found 3, but no matter how much I searched, I never found more(
Yes, you also need to get the Carpenter's Tools which requires finding and defeating the Slime King. You can find him by going to the main "hub" area of the forest and taking a path near the left most top corner that was previously blocked off by slimes.
